At this point in time, i can't do anything else.... Java has juz killed me. Deadline is today. Looking at the error message on the command prompt but can't do much. Not sure of where to change the file. At 4.02pm i'm certified dead!

Are you able to see if that a person has cancer from juz a cough, Kinda impossible right? I was placed in situation like this moments ago. Was required of me to do a detailed analysis between two schemas. I previosly had a discussion with Staff A, had to gather as much info from that really brief explanation that she gave me. And to complement all that, she is unsure of alot of things in the schema. And that leaves me with alot of question marks floating in my mind.
I had submitted my finished task to my SUP, and she ask me to make amendments to it as it's too brief. Dun wanna say much, expecting too much from something isn't good. And anyway, she is suppose to attend the discussion session with me And Staff A together. Ended up she left halfway and left me behind to gather those pathethic information. How nice. Wat i'm doing isn't interesting at all.

Today is the day after Valentine's day. Those people going to work might dread it as it might be a "tiring" night for them yesterday. lolx!! Well i came to work with a fresh mind and elated heart. Why? Bcos today is our 1year and 1day together. Had A simple yet relaxing dinner yesterday over at Billy Bombers. Surprisingly, they only served set menu and it's either set A or set B. My cheese fries!!!! Nothing much to complain abt the drinks desert and soup, but the main course still can be better.
Had to proceed back home straight after meal as i was having a terrible headache for that whole day. Blame my SUP for drilling me with some hardcore documentation that took me close to 4 whole days to finish. One funny thing i realise yesterday was, there are alot of ppl selling flowers outside. And while we are walking towards the train station, we heard a caucasian yelling. "freshy cut roses, 12 for $25" then i was like wat the hell.... I think if they dun bring down the price, they might end up saving the flowers for themself.

On the eve of CNY, i woke up from my sleep. Had a strong urge of not going to work. Man i dread the feeling of getting sufficient rest but yet still feel lethargic. Juz got myself a cup of hot milo from the pantry. Trying to keep my mind awake. Later i'll be having a meeting with my sup.Cannot afford to fall asleep then.
Not a good wat to start today's morning. All of us had difficulties starting up thier msn messenger. And i'm having a slight headache bcos of the restless sleep i had. Everything should be fine in a while's time. That's the least i can hope for today. Can't wait to finish work today, will be catching Constantine with darling at bishan. We have made some online booking as we know we might end up getting front row seats for that show. After the movies will head back to our hse respectively for Reunion dinner. Juz had 1 on Sun as my bro was leaving for work abroad juz only yesterday. Lolx yesterday night was pretty funny. As some of u might know, my unit has been haressed by some idiots. From pouring soil, to stealling flower pots, which is my dad's precious. Can understand how he feels when he woke up and found his flowers gone. Ok now for wat we have done to handle this situation. My bro had juz bought a spy cam(mini) one and planted juz outside of my house. And everything outside can be seen with my room TV. Sounds cool right. It was pretty blur at night, but still able to capture the face of any1 who happens to step outside my hse. Yesterday my mum was juz adjusting the cam to see if the angle was correct. So people dun try to be funny and appear outside my hse at night. "I will be watching you from inside!!!" I bet the person who did all this will be sorry for wat he/she had done to disturb the peace of Yee family.
Din know wat to do at work today, i have completed wat i was required too and get a general understanding of the schemas. I might juz be staring at the computer screen for today. I think i'll follow wat my son always do, MEDITATE!!! ummm.....!!!!

Seems like most of us muz be either grumbling abt IPP or schoolwork or even FYP. Man i'm in the midst of my IPP and i'm "enjoying" right here. Located at the west side of Singapore, in a small lane call Science Park 2. And that is no where near Science centre. Travelling itself can kill me bad enuf. Everyday i had to board on the train to cityhall and hop on a shuttle bus juz oppsite CAPITOL. The morning journey, took me 1h30 mins.
Next, talking abt food. There isn't any food centre in Crimson. We had to either walk to other buildings or take a shuttle out to have our lunch. Pathetic? Had to get use to squeezing in the bus with lotsa unfamiliar faces. Our job here finishes at 6.15 . All the staff have no choice but to take a shuttle back to clementi station in order to get home. It's tough for me to board the bus from clementi to amk although there's some. The whole journey will take ard 55 stops. How abt that. Ended up taking the train which is the fastest mode of transport. I find it alittle ridiculous to spend 3 hrs each day to travel to and fro from work. Hope that when i enter the work force, my office is not that far away from me.
Had something to think abt during IPP. Am i going to further my studies, going abroad or studying in a local university. That's one big decision i'm going to make. My perception of things might be incorrect. But from wat i see, every year, there's another big group of university grads entering the work force. By the time u graduate, let's say u are taking a computing course. Are u sure u are able to stand out among say maybe a 1000 other computing grads. Assuming u are juz a average student. And also Juz to update, the Singapore unemployment rate has increase to some 3%. I'm sure after u have studied for so long and spend so much money on education in singapore, u wouldn't want to land urself in there. To add on, the local university has juz increased their semestral fees. This might affect those students who are planning to pay for their own school fees as well as at the same time support themselves. To think that we can spend 100% of our mind concentrating on our studies, well u might wanna consider again. Life in university might be way different from your life in poly or even jc. I have heard that most undergrates care nothing more then themselves. Why bcos they wanna secure a job next time when they come out to work in the society(applies for those who dun intend to further studies). Like wat our PM said. The future of Singapore depends on Entrepreneur and why din he mention something like the future of Singapore depends on University grads. Think abt this.
The local uni grads situation has become stagnent. There's too much grads ard and too less job for them. Next talking about interest. How many stories have u heard from the media saying So and so(degree holder) gave up their job to pursue their interest. Not to be surprised when ppl see this piece of article with title "Degree holder gives up $10,000 bank job to sell beef noodle". The first impression that most ppl will give is, this fella is crazy/insane goondu. Now u see wat i'm trying to get at?That's the moral of this paragraph.
Here comes the question that is troubling me. Wat course should i choose? Should i go back to IT or choose something else. Or should i go with my interest? Should i register for uni if i got a chance. Should i register now or after ns? Some big decisions to be made b4 21 feb.
Back to my life in crimson. I was assign to do gap analysis between 2 schema then document in excel. One major problem is, there's this one schema that import alot other external schema. My knowledge of schema isn't that good too. Hopefully i can get everything done by the deadline. Which juz happen to fall during CNY. Guess i'm not going to enjoy much this year. Gotta go work on my projects. Dun have much time left. Ciao
